2. Non-returnable Items Custom-made garments, made-to-measure latex items, and hygiene-sensitive products are not returnable.

3. Return Process Email noctum.studio@gmail.com with your order number. Items must be unused and returned in original condition.

4. Refunds Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
