2. Products We offer latex garments, custom-made pieces, and leather accessories. Colors and finishes may vary slightly due to handmade production.

3. Orders A purchase agreement is formed once the order is confirmed and payment is received. Custom orders require full payment in advance.

4. Prices & Payment Prices are listed in EUR or CZK. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

5. Production & Shipping Custom orders have longer production times. International shipping is available; customs fees may apply.

6. Returns Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days. Custom-made garments are not eligible for return.

7. Warranty & Complaints Customers have a 24-month warranty for defects under EU law, excluding damage caused by improper handling. 8. Governing Law Czech law applies.
